Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Rebirth! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our Return & Exchange Policy:
Local Orders (Within KSA):
- Return Policy: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Exchange Policy: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
International Orders:
- Return Policy: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders. We encourage you to review product details carefully before making your purchase. Please feel free to contact our customer support team if you have any questions regarding sizing, materials, or other product details.
General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased on sale or during promotional events unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at Connect@rebirth.sa within the specified return or exchange period.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Refunds and Credits:
- Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s).
Damaged or Faulty Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
